Nicht über Hotels.com buchen, sonst zahlt ihr 2x.

ACHTUNG dieses HOTEL hat laut Besitzer KEINEN VERTRAG mit HOTELS.COM (trotz Confirmation-Mail). Habe das Hotel nun 2x bezahlt. 1x bei Hotels.com und nachts bei der Ankunft im Aloa Inn. Habe mein Anliegen bei Hotels.com gleich telefonisch reklamiert. Später E-Mail bekommen, hätte Hotel nicht buchen sollen, sie hätten mir nachts auch noch eine Alternative suchen können (gute Idee: mitten in der Nacht, übermüdetes Kind dabei, ohne Hotel zunächst kein WIFI). Sie überprüfen nun mein Anliegen (bzw. Ihre Vertragspartnerschaften)… @hotels.com a) Bitte klären Sie das endlich, ob Sie das Hotel zurecht auf Ihrer Seite anbieten, weil es ein Vertragspartner von Ihnen ist, oder eben nicht. b) Wenn nicht, nehmen Sie das Hotel (übrigens durchaus empfehlenswert) aus Ihrem Angebot, es müssen ja nicht noch mehr Leute die gleichen Erfahrungen machen. c) Erstatten Sie mir bitte unkompliziert und schnell den überwiesenen Betrag zurück, ich beschäftige mich mit solchen Dingen ungern während meiner Urlaubszeit.
