Located in a detached house, with only four spacious apartments, this apartment enjoys the best sunny location overlooking the surroundings.

Located on the ground floor, this apartment has been recently renovated and has a large kitchen with everything you need for your cooking experiences, a large living room with two sofa beds, large bedroom and a bathroom. It also has a small terrace where you can have breakfast or sip an aperitif.

You can walk to the lake in a minute and stroll along the beautiful lakeside promenade that goes from Padenghe to Moniga (about 7 km).
