"I do not know if to start with the kindness and professionalism of the staff or the premises themselves which are just amazing. "Customer service was excellent. Restaurant attached to the hotel was great, we ate there several times. The breakfast that came with our stay was also excellent, lots of selections. Our day trip train tickets were cancelled due to a strike and the desk clerk was able to provide us information about how to reschedule. He was also very helpful in scheduling airport shuttle when it was time for us to leave. This is a small hotel but very friendly and helpful, would stay here again. Great location...
