Great location great room. Poor reception times closed at 7pm. At 8pm we found we had no lights. Not able to lower the shutters to keep light out due to no power. Not big problems, but there no apologies in the morning

Super clean, affordable and convenient location close to via Roberto and Prato della Valle with lots of dining options, bus routes and tram to and from the train station. Would reccomend.

Poco positiva. Accoglienza poco ortodossa e lunga considerato che erano le 23,40. Oltre la tassa di soggiorno ho dovuto pagare altre 4€ che non ho capito perché. In più mi avevano chiesto altre 15€ per essere arrivato appena dopo le 23,30 e mi sono rifiutato di pagare. La mattina successiva, dalle 10 è mancata l'acqua e non ho potuto fare la doccia e questa mattina ho fatto la doccia con l'acqua fredda. Infine sul tetto erano presenti delle ragnatele. tutto fatto presente in reception al momento del check out.

Purtroppo la stanza non è stata il massimo del comfort. Il terrazzo era molto sporco e la camera un po’ vecchia. La maniglia dall’interno era rotta quindi la notte non potevamo nemmeno chiudere la stanza a chiave dall’interno. Inoltre, nel bagno non c’erano nè saponi nè saponette. Insomma, per quello che ho pagato e per le aspettative date dall’hotel, pensavo di trovare qualcosa di più. Comunque nel complesso il soggiorno non è stato male.

La struttura è nella media. Il bagno nella camera che ho prenotato era senza bidet e la doccia aveva una protezione mobile senza piatto. Ogni volta che facevo la doccia il bagno si allagava e diventava inutilizzabile (a meno che non volessi portare acqua ovunque). All’arrivo il cestino conteneva delle bottiglie di birra degli ospiti precedenti che non erano state rimosse, ma alla segnalazione sono intervenuti subito. Molto gentili in reception e anche gli addetti alle pulizie

La camera non era certo molto spaziosa e le dotazioni erano ridotte all'osso. Non male la posizione, davvero molto vicina al centro città e comoda per raggiungere i vari luoghi di interesse in pochi minuti a piedi.

Posizione ottima , ma la camera singola veramente piccola. Il bagno senza bidè , il piatto doccia era il pavimento del bagno. Camera da rinnovare sinceramente.
