The Padova Tower Apartment 13th floor South facing room was overall a good place for the Italian traveler on a budget. Pros to renting this apartment are the view and location. Cons- very basic to no amenities, and poor communication with host. Read on for more details:
Location & Getting There
The Padova Tower Apartments is located at address Via Aquileia, 6, 35139 Padova PD, Italy. It is just a 2 minute walk to the city’s center and it is very close to many retail and restaurant locations. It is about a 2 minute walk to both Piazza dei Signori and Piazza dei Frutti. These piazzas were great for food, shopping, and getting a sense of how many locals spend their days.
Getting to the Padova Tower Apartments is fairly easy. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Park Padova Termini(bus/train station). However, I would recommend you take the tram that circles the city. Although the tram only has one route, we had made sure we got on the tram in the direction that was more direct. There looked to be a long-way around and we made sure we took the short-way.
Pros (13th floor, south facing apartment)
• Great location in Padova, close to restaurants, stores, and a vibrant night-life
• Great view of the city. Make sure you choose the SOUTH FACING rooms. The view is pretty much the only reason to rent this room so if you don’t get the SOUTH facing room, forget it.
• Small kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and oven.
