The nice female staff at the check in desk helped to resolve an unexpected issue with my Expedia booking at no time. (I forgot to ask her name, but we checked in on the afternoon of Dec 07). The room deco is great. You can tell the effort of the designer to fit everything together perfectly for a warm and smooth vibe. The hotel itself gives a classic and luxury atmosphere as soon as you step in. Everything else from breakfast to facility also live up to the brand’s reputation.
