"The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic but not much to do. The hotel itself doesn’t look like the pictures and feels more like a motel than a hotel. The rooms are also on the smaller side."

"As with most economical NYC hotels - the room is small but was enough for us. The bathroom and shower were a good size also considering the space available. The room and facility overall were clean- front desk weekday staff were great, helpful and accommodating. One of our reading lights was broken but I forgot to ask staff about that. The rooms were advertised as quiet from outside traffic and I agree with that despite the proximity to the highway. Blackout curtains were good. I’d suggest staying on higher floors which have a nice view of Manhattan. I also note the stairways readily accessible and very bright and clean. Parking out back is limited but super helpful if space is available. Also some parking on street. I did not eat breakfast there but the reports were that it was not great- fruit was limited, typical hotel breakfast - but so many places to eat around the corner on 4th or 5th Ave that didn’t matter to us. I’d stay again for a weekend. Shoutout to Bijorn and Eddy at front desk helping us out."

"Many broken furnitures, door to the bathroom is unnecessarily too heavy and handle came broken when we entered, as well as the shower handle was easily broken and got off with the slightest pull, the shower door is also too heavy and dangerous with no door cushions it could easily breaks in the future, the entrance to our room also has no door stopper so the wall was very dented and will break in the future, overall it was poorly designed and built."

"It was clean and nice . The hotel is not very big but there was breakfast and a very friendly staf f. Great place to stay if your just mostly exploring around"

"They canceled my reservation. I was unaware and showed up at property. They said they tried my credit card that was associated on Expedia. It was expired. They immediately canceled. I had other cards that weren't expired but they didn't use any of those. I was not notigied that this had occurred. Very very awful day. I was too pay at the property. "

"Excellent location with suitable accomodations for a single traveler. Amenities are limited but that is reflected in the pricing."
