We arrived after dark and there were people around outside in the back. Several people sitting in their cars outside the hotel at 9pm seems weird as well. We got up early to leave but wanted to make sure we had a chance to get the breakfast but at 7am there was a lobby full of people and two workers at the desk refusing to do what they could and just said the”cook” is late it will be 30-40 more min before they would be there….considering the level of breakfast that these places offer why wasn’t anyone of the front desk staff at least getting the food available that was easy like the toast and pastries or cereal or yogurt and fruit? Nope just standing there watching a lobby full of pist off hotel guest. Very poor customer service. The sink in our room smelled horrible like the pipes needed to be flushed or something. Nasty smell coming from it that made me gag every-time I washed my hands or brushed my teeth. The best thing about this hotel. The water pressure in the shower after 5 days of camping and mountain biking in Sedona was amazing. I felt so clean and relaxed. I would stay here again but just have less expectation to receive a nice breakfast in the morning.

Staff seemed too busy to ask for help. Hard to get anyone’s attention. It was frustrating. There was no hot water in our room. Finally we were told to run the water for 15 minutes and it would warm up. It is horrible to waste so much water. They need to fix that.

This hotel has nice staff,very friendly and communicated ,,,the hotel is nice and clean with cozy and comfy beds with a beautiful view ,self free parking as well it has free breakfast from 6:30-9:30am everything freshly cooked, My kids and I love it,& we definitely will stay over again next time.

This hotel was a convenient location for us to spend a night after seeing Lower Antelope Canyon. However that was probably the only perk. The staff we saw were not friendly (except one front desk worker that we saw briefly after dinner). Our room wasn’t clean, with stained sheets, a dirty shower head and the coffeemaker was dirty enough that we didn’t even use it. All of the light fixtures in the hallway were broken as if they had been punched out. This is unfortunately a one and done experience. I’d suggest picking a different stay when you head to Page.

The stay was OK and breakfast was average. We would have liked to see some more items. The hotel did not even provide enough toiletries, there was no hand soap. Just a bath soap. The lotion, shampoo was barely enough for one person. We need to keep calling house keeping which is not very convenient.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the check in process was easy. Breakfast was advertised at 6:30AM. We arrived at 7, the breakfast options were Fruit Loops, Cheerios, milk, two kinds of yogurt and mini muffins. There was no “hot breakfast” options. Around 7:15, they brought out waffle batter. The milk ran out around that time. There was juice and coffee but the coffee was terrible and ran out quickly. There was no apology from the front desk staff. Very disappointing.

The hotel itself is totally fine. However, front desk staff Tanisha is really rude and lack of customer service. When I walked into the lobby to the front desk, without any greeting, she only said “check in time is 3pm and it is only 1:50.” Most of the time, hotel would still let guest check in and just give out the key later. She said they will charge $10 for that. I understand that the policy is 3pm, so I didn’t argue with her. Returned at 3pm, again, without any greeting, she said “housekeeping is not done with the rooms.” I asked “what does that mean? So I cannot check in now? It is 3pm.” She checked on the computer for like 5 minutes and then was able to check us in and give me the key card. During the check in, she just threw back the credit card and ID to me with an attitude. They also double charged me. I received a text message from the credit card that morning at 6am notifying me a charge from the hotel. When I checked in, even the paperwork printout showed I owe $0, she insisted I need to put in the credit card because they only charge when I check in. Apparently I was charged already that morning. I asked if it is for incidental, she said no, because they already have my card on file, if incidental is charged, they would pull the card info from the system. At that point, I just want to get the process done and I would just keep an eye on the credit card. I checked later, I got two charges of the same amount and one credit with the same amount.

New, clean, close to horseshoe band and antelope canyon. Nice breakfast. I like the bed, the mattress isn’t flush and also not too firm - I think it’s new.
