Funny how these people have taken absolutely zero responsibility for their dogs actions and their lack or responsibility. No responsibility. None. The first thing I will say in response is DO NOT rent to these people. They have 2 LARGE, HIGHLY AGGRESSIVE Great Pyrenees. These people without question are the most IRRESPONSIBLE dog owners I’ve ever had here in 7 years of being a host. I know exactly what occurred that morning because BOTH myself and yes, my girlfriend, were bitten by these vicious dogs. How did they not know we were being attacked? Because they never got out of bed. All this occurred while the owners IGNORED the sounds of their dogs barking at both me and my girlfriend as she attempted to get to her car to leave for work. And since when is it an issue if I have my girlfriend over to my house?? Owners did let the dogs out at 7 am. Owners did go back to sleep. Dogs are INSANELY AGGRESSIVE when owners are not around. I also asked guests how the dogs were around wildlife. As I have lots of elk and deer around my property. Lady replies “uhhhh….yea, they’ve killed deer before…”. So what do they do the next morning?? Let their 2 wildlife killing dogs out, unattended. Highly intelligent. My website clearly states no aggressive dogs. I’ve been pet friendly for my entire duration as a short term rental host. I’ve never really had any “dog rules”. I’ve just trusted people to be responsible and smart with their pets on my property. This experience prompted me to second guess being pet friendly. But I won’t let one negative experience stop me. I will continue to allow pets. However, I now have some rules that guests will need to follow. I’m 50 years old and I’ve never been afraid of anything, nonetheless a dog. Let me tell you this: I was legitimately afraid of these 2 dog that morning. Pack mentality for sure. Both are from the same litter. And both acted together when barking and biting at me and my girlfriend. Great Pyrenees are bred to protect. These dogs were simply doing their jobs. Protecting their owners. Who were sleeping while I was being attacked just trying to get out my front door. Scary experience for sure. Did I lose my cool and temper? Yep, I sure did. Who wouldn’t ? 45 minutes those dogs were left outside unattended. Good thing I didn’t send a child outside to walk to the bus stop. Good thing my neighbors weren’t here with their, small dogs. They might have killed them. Scary.

Wow. 1 star…? Well in response, my website clearly says NO A/C. As for handicap and ‘older’ people accessibility, I was never informed of either of you being handicapped, nor have I had any complaints from ‘older’ people about accessibility. First and ONLY negative review in 5 years. Knew it was a matter of time!! Lol!!
