"Beds are so comfortable. Lovely grounds , spa is great with hot tub and sauna that you can reserve for private time. Birds can be noisy but you get used to them and actually look forward to hearing and seeing them around the property. "

"The house, appliances, dishes, bedding were clean and relatively new--very nice! We had to drive at least a half hour to get to Hilo "beaches" as there wasn't ocean access for anything except viewing nearby. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the local restaurants in Pahoa, found hiking trails nearby and explored the volcano Kilauea after a 45 minute drive. "

"The house was much bigger then I anticipated, which was great. It also had extra perks that were useful to us during our stay (beach chairs, a cooler, even a ping pong table). There are other attached rentals that I wasn't aware of when I booked, as well as a rather large house in the back. However they weren't occupied during our stay, so it still gave us the privacy we had hoped for. Great place to stay rather large. Enjoyed our short stay there. "

"This is a guest house beside the owner's place. The room was clean and spacious and the weather at the end of March was so comfortable that we didn't have to switch on the AC at night. However, it did get very hot in the day so we opened the windows to let the hot air out. Also, a few very cute and friendly cats also live on the property. Loved the place!"

"This was the perfect stay for our quick girls trip. The rental was clean, cute, comfortable, and a great price! The only problem is that the insulation between the owners side and the renters side wasn’t thick so you can easily hear voices. This isn’t a problem unless your sleep schedule is different. I would still pick this property again in a heartbeat! "
