"We had a great stay! Everything was clean and well stocked. Lots of snorkel gear (a couple were broken but we still had plenty), boogie boards, towels, bags, etc. Beds were all very comfy (though the sheets were a little worn in master), and there was space to spread out. My son loved walking the property to look at all the fruit trees, we even made a glass of fresh lemonade! "

"Beds are so comfortable. Lovely grounds , spa is great with hot tub and sauna that you can reserve for private time. Birds can be noisy but you get used to them and actually look forward to hearing and seeing them around the property. "

"Jennifer and Jeff are very friendly and helpful during our stay. The property is the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. The room is very clean and has sufficient supplies in bathroom and kitchen. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. "

"Right on the ocean cliff, unobstructed 180 degree view of ocean, sea spray from waves breaking on lava! There are some things I would like others to know about this property, that is not in the listing. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the driveway is very steep and a taller vehicle may not fit into the garage, there is a full size refrigerator in the garage, so food storage is ample. There is a closet full of beach goodies, including 2 large coolers, 7 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, 2 snorkel set-ups, a set of flippers, many boogie boards . Does no have a barbecue grill and there is no way to directly access the ocean from this house, no stairs or gate. Overall, if you want to be close to the ocean, with the sound of crashing waves, this is the place!"

"The house was just as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised that there were condiments and other household items available which cut down the cost for our own meal prep. I left some items for the next guests as a courtesy. There were plenty of towels and toiletries although we ran out of toilet paper and ended up using the kleenex boxes in the home. We lost power for just a few hours due to the ongoing storm but overall, I would rent again. Thank you! Lisa"
