"Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee. Rooms were clean and nice ensuite shower room. Aaron tells me that he is planning to offer fishing trips next year for guests. A most enjoyable...

"We enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and not too far from the beach. Only downside was the parking spaces were small and people didn’t keep within the lines meaning that there wasn’t enough spaces for everyone which could be a problem in peak season as the road outside is busy with parked cars."

"Location was very good, staff eager to help. Food was very good with a good variety of menu items. Evening entertainment provided meant you could stay in the hotel although, as usual with hotels, drinks were rather expensive. All in all we would stay again. "
