Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: entrance hall serving a separate lounge, a living room and the kitchen opening at the back onto the terrace, shower room (large Italian shower) and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 80x200), toilet area (WC + sink). Private land of 450 m². Parking along the property. La Maison de Renée is a light, spacious house on the road leading to the Pointe de Guilben, 1km from the bustling centre of Paimpol and its marina. Lots to do and see in the area : relax on the beaches of Kerdrez (300m) or La Tossen with its seawater pool (500m), have fun at Poulafret with its fitness circuit, lake, crazy golf and play park (500m). For history and cultural enthusiasts, the magnificent Abbaye de Beauport is an absolute must ! Welcome to the gîte "Chez Renée"! You will appreciate its location not far from the center of Paimpol and its marina.
