A nice boutique hotel in Providencia, a safe and convenient area for tourists with several cafés and restaurants nearby. The premises and rooms were spotless, with housekeeping done well each day. The room itself was quite small—less spacious than expected—but functional, with a fridge and kettle provided. Guests can refill water bottles at the dispenser in the lobby. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. I didn’t include breakfast in my stay but tried the hotel restaurant twice; the food was fine, though Santiago offers better options.

Good location for visiting the sights of the central city. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room.

Excellent boutique hotel within walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and places of interest. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel stored my bag for 2 hours and they must have been incredibly rough with my bag because despite insane wrapping, they broke a wine bottle in there. My white jeans, white sweater has been ruined. The breakfast staff also offered to bring me gluten free bread- they did not. And my omelette took an hour in the morning as the waitress forgot, did not apologize, then brought an extremely undercooked omelette. I also got sick in the hotel. I suspect the filters in their HVAC systems are not ever changed.
