"The room was very spacious and clean. The bath tub was nice as well. Breakfast buffet tasted really good, and the staff were super nice. Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps. The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...

"Recently stayed 2 nights at the Mini Hotel main branch. Upon pulling up at the front door, I knew I was in for a cool stay. Check in was friendly, the foyer area with the Halloween setup and cars in the wall was very cool, but heading to the rooms were even better, having murals on am the walls outside the lifts. The family room was spacious and beds and pillows comfortable. The location was fantastic. A 5-8 min walk to the huge mall. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff at check-in were generally friendly and helpful. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathtub in my room had rust stains and was unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hand soap was already running low on the first day and was never replenished despite me leaving the dispenser open as a reminder. I had to call for refill when I returned at night. I hope the hotel can pay closer attention to room maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests."

"The small tub on the balcony was a lifesaver in Taichung het. We had a little friendly lizard, but also an unexpected cockroach guest who lives under the boards on the balcony. The shower didn’t properly drain, and the room connecting the balcony to the bathroom wasn’t sealed, meaning we could hear street noise starting at 6 am, as well as feel the heat outside, making the a.c. Less effective. The mattress was also rather firm, even as someone who sleeps on a firm mattress, making sleep somewhat difficult. Location is good. Easy walk to and from the station and to nearby food and attractions. Snack and tea bar in the afternoons was a pleasant surprise."

"El hotel muy limpio aunque a veces sentí un olor fuerte pero ni se puede describir , el personal muy atento . El servicio en el restaurante , los empleados muy amables y trataron de entendernos todo el tiempo pero tuve una experiencia no tan agradable la jefa de servicio en la noche del restaurante, que aunque no había terminado , casi obligado tuve que ir a pagar el servicio a la caja . Un momento desagradable pero no todo puedes ser excelente . El desayuno tienen buena variedad . El área de grocery o el café bar lo cierran muy temprano y lo abren muy tarde ."
