Renovated duplex

The house, is located directly above the harbor in a quiet residential complex in Morro Jable. The spacious house offers enough space for 2-4 people. The kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a refrigerator. There is also a television with satellite connection and WiFi in the living area. The large and beautifully laid out terrace really invites you to relax.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One with a double bed and balcony, with a fantastic side sea view and the other with two single beds. Two independent bathrooms and toilets are distributed on the two levels.

The sunset is right at your feet every day. The town center with many restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies is about a 10-minute walk away. Or to the kilometer-long sandy beach of Morro Jable / Jandia. In the harbor itself there is one of the most famous Morro Jable fish restaurants 'La Cofradia', where the freshly caught fish is served directly on the plate.
The house is ideal for people who do not want to do without comfort and want to move a little away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended for families too!

Erholung pur

Durch die Lage in der zweiten Reihe ist man auf Balkon und Terrasse ziemlich gut vor Wind geschützt, so dass man auch bei sehr starkem Wind problemlos draußen sitzen kann. Außerdem findet sich dank der Überdachung von Balkon und Terrasse immer auch ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr (Teller und Tassen) und Besteck ist sehr sparsam. Für zwei Personen ist das noch okay, vier Personen müssten allerdings nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen. Den Geschirrspüler haben wir deshalb nie benutzt. Leider gibt es für die vier Stühle im Essbereich nur noch zwei Stuhlkissen und keinerlei Polster für die Terrassenmöbel. Uns fehlte der Hinweis, dass man wegen der Ameisen nichts in der Küche stehen lassen sollte, was auch nur kleinste Spuren von Zucker enthält. Nachdem sie am ersten Tag in die noch verschlossene Zuckertüte eingedrungen waren (Plastiktüte, verschweißt!) wussten wir es besser. Tipp: Zucker in einem dicht schließenden Behälter im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und Kaffee-/Teetassen in denen Zucker war immer sofort gründlich(!) ausspülen. Dank geht wie immer an Lena für die nette Betreuung!

Ferien in Moro Jable

Das Objekt wirkt aufgrund der Fotos grosszügiger als in Realität. Dennoch bietet es mehr als genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Eine durchaus praktische und funktionale Einrichtung - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt Kleinigkeiten, über die man sich aufregen könnte, aber diese haben den Feriengenuss nicht vermindert - immerhin ist man in Spanien! Insgesamt ist die Lage ausgezeichnet und wenn man keine Ausflüge plant, ist man auch nicht auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen (zu Fuss innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir verfügten über einen Mietwagen, mit dem das Einkaufen oder auch den Besuch von anderen Stränden wesentlich vereinfachte. Fazit: Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem Objekt sehr genossen und können es auch weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus mit schön bepflanzten Hofgarten. Die Möbel sind modern und man sieht, dass die letzte Renovierung nicht lange her ist. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Es gab ein Problem mit Abwassergerüchen, dem nahm sich die Verwaltung direkt nach Meldung an. Außerdem hatten wir ein Fliegenproblem im Hof, das müsste sicher mal bekämpft werden. Insgesamt würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen

Sehr schön, sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Objekt ist in sehr gutem Zustand und hervorragend auf halber Strecke zwischen Morro und dem Hafen gelegen. Damit ist eigentlich alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Schön für uns leider nicht so perfekt

Schöne Wohnung mit kleineren Mankos, wie Ablage in der Dusche, Halterung für Toilettenrolle in der Gästetoilette. Die schöne Aussicht ist leider nur vom Schlafzimmerbalkon zu genießen. Positiv zu bewerten war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Auch für kalte Tage ist etwas zum Lesen und Spiele da. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr nett.
