Apartment located in a protected natural paradise with 25km of wonderful white sandy beaches. The spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean gives unforgettable emotions day and night.
The accommodation is just 300 meters from the sea and offers a spectacular 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Total silence is interrupted only by the music of the sea and the slight rustle of the wind.
On foot you can reach the largest Wind Surf / Kite Surf center in the world.
The apartment is about 60 square meters inside, fully furnished, consisting of a large living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, panoramic outdoor balcony. It is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, sofa bed in the lounge, LED TV, coffee machine, kettle, as well as the most complete kitchen equipment.
The complex has a splendid swimming pool available for guests.

Beautiful location for family holiday
Very happy with our stay in Francis's apartment. Great location with breath-taking sunrises. Apartment is perfect for family of 4. The community is very pleasant and well organised. No messing, parties etc. during our stay. Beach and wind/kitesurfing paradise 'stone throw' distance away, although we preferred Morro Jable beach (only 20 min. drive).
Francis is great - contacting every day to make sure all is good and giving great tips for those who do not sunbath on the nearby beach all day.
Overall - enjoyed the stay very much and will certainly use the accommodation again on our next trip.

Nice appartment with a beautiful view
We had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks in this nice appartment. It was very clean and nicely decorated, everything you need was there. The best part was the view from the balcony, as it is the only complex in this area, situated on a hill, you have a beautiful view over the bay. The bedroom is also on the sea side and so you can sleep with an open window at night with the sound of waves. The landlord Francis was also super friendly and helpful and sent us a lot of recommendations and suggestions, definitely good if you've never been to Fuerteventura before. We really enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to spending another vacation there.

Appartement agréable mais difficile d'accès
Cet appartement mériterait les 5 étoiles si l'accès à cette résidence était plus facile et les parkings plus nombreux. En effet, on y accède, sur plus d'un kilomètre, par une piste non bitumée et les places de stationnement sont vraiment trop peu nombreuses même en période creuse.
Sinon, l'appartement est agréable, neuf bien équipé...Dommage que les WC ne soient pas séparés de la salle de bains, pour 4 personnes c'est parfois gênant.

Netjes en betrokken verhuurder
Mooi appartement maar je hebt echt een auto nodig. Het is helaas te ver verwijderd van de supermarkt om bijv in de ochtend lopend broodjes te halen. Mooi uitzicht op de surfers beneden. Veel verloop in de appartementen dus vaak vroeg wakker door de koffers over de galerij. Mooi schoon zwembad met genoeg ligbedden.

Piso muy limpio y con vistas espectaculares. Ideal para ir a los spots de sotavento donde el viento está garantizado. Eso sí, mejor llevar coche.

Tolles Feriendomizil mit Phänomenalen Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer
Die Ferienwohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand. Küche/Bad fast wie neu. man kann auf dem Balkon Frühstücken und dabei den endlosen Atlantik bewundern. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, hilft einem jederzeit bei Fragen. Die ganze Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Man hat einen der schönsten Strände der Insel vor der Tür. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. War ein super Urlaub und die Basis war diese tolle Ferienwohnung über Fewo bei Francesco=)

Traumhafte Aussicht - Die ganze Nacht Meeresrauschen - Top Lage für Kiter und Windsurfer!
Wir haben bereits verschiedene Wohnungen in der Anlage (Playa Paraiso) gemietet. Immer im März. Zu dieser Zeit ist es dort meist recht leer gewesen. Die Anlage ist sauber und hat einen eigenen Pool mit Liegen. Diese Wohnung hebt sich vor allem durch ihre besondere Lage hervor. Der Balkon liegt am Morgen in der Sonne, sodass man dort herrlich frühstücken kann. Wenn es nachmittags heißer wird, liegt die Wohnung im Schatten, sodass es nicht zu warm wird. Ein Schlafzimmer geht ebenfalls zum Balkon hinaus. Man kann also vom Bett aus morgens den Sonnenaufgang beobachten und abends die Sterne. Der Schlaf wird vom gemütlichen Meeresrauschen begleitet. Die Ausstattung ist übersichtlich gehalten, aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Zu sechst könnte es etwas enger werden, aber machbar ist sicher auch das, wenn man sich gut versteht. Wir waren zum Kitesurfen da und hatten wie immer eine top Windausbeute. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen zu mieten, um Material oder Strandgepäck an den Strand zu bekommen oder aber um den nächsten Supermarkt zu erreichen (Empfehlung: Mercadona in Esquinzo). Den Vermieter Francesco haben wir vor Ort persönlich kennen gelernt. Der Kontakt war super nett und er stand uns permanent via What's app zur Verfügung. Buchung, Zahlung, An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine super schöne Zeit und durch aus zu empfehlen!

perfect stay in this very nice apartment
The apartment is perfectly located, nicely furnished and clean. We very much enjoyed that it was close to the beach and sea and we had such a nice view from the balcony. Francis was very helpful with recommendations. It was a perfect stay and we would definitely like to come back.
