  • The property is within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well-kept residential complex. The bungalow is in the lower part of the complex. The living room is approximately 50 square meters and has a music system, television, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large private courtyard with private pool is not visible and is equipped with a parasol and teak furniture. Through the courtyard you can reach the sleeping area with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes shower, toilet, bidet. The partially covered sun terrace with a fantastic sea view of the bay of the Costa Calma can also be reached via the courtyard. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it end.


    Ideal holiday resort: On the Costa Calma you will find extensive shopping opportunities. Good restaurants, several rental car stations for individual island tours can be reached in a few minutes. It is not without reason that the Costa Calma is also a very popular travel destination for long-term vacationers. Here you can relax and "hibernate" if you book in time.

We have stayed in the area before, but this property for me was my favourite. 10 minute walk to town for the main shops and restaurants, but there are other restaurants close-by. Beach a few minutes away - nice and quiet area. Perfect for a holiday to relax and unwind. We hope to visit again.

Very lovely apartment.

Had a lovely 10 days in this apartment. It was clean, very well appointed, with everything you need. The pool was great, a little fresh, but it's early season. The owner was very good with communication and was very accomodating with our late arrival time. Would recommend highly.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Da wir einen späten Rückflug hatten, konnten wir ein anderes Haus nutzen, um noch den letzten Tag am Strand genießen zu können.

Das Objekt ist genau so, wie beschireben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen. Die Loungeecke lädt ein zum Verweilen bei einem Glas Wein. Der private Pool ist super. Aus dem Bett, gerade abduschen und hinein. Die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Nur der An- und Abreiseverkehr der umliegenden Hotels störte nachts ein wenig. Aber nicht sonderlich.

Rundum wunderbar :-)

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Haus als Paar verbracht und sind wirklich rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist in der ersten Reihe, zwar direkt an der Straße, die uns aber nicht gestört hat, aber von der dachterasse hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Parkplätze gibt es genug, kostenfrei. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, bis auf eine Auflaufform hat uns nichts gefehlt. Alle elektronischen Geräte wie Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine etc. waren recht neu und voll funktionionsfähig. Highlight für uns war der Innenhof mit dem wunderbaren Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, zwei Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Hier ist man komplett ungestört, da der Innenhof nicht einsehbar ist. Der Innenhof ist auch wunderbar windgeschützt. Die Dachterasse ist ebenfalls ein Highlight, ist jedoch einsehbar. Einiziges Manko aus unserer Sicht ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens einen Ventilator in den Schlafräumen. Da der obere Schlafraum nicht zugänglich ist, muss man in den unteren Räumen schlafen. Dort sind recht wenig Fenster und beim Lüften zieht es nicht wirklich durch, sodass es nachts recht warm ist.

Von Anfang an war es eine sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Buchung. Die Angaben zum Objekt waren zutreffend. Die Ausstattung des Objekts ist sehr gut. Einer Erholung vom ersten Tag an stand somit nichts entgegen. Zu jeder Tageszeit fand man einen Platz mit Sonne oder Schatten bzw. mit oder ohne Wind. Für Fragen standen Ansprechpartner zuverlässig zur Verfügung.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Sehr saubere Villa, modern und schön eingerichtet. Viel Platz-man kann sich auch mal "aus dem Weg gehen". Super Blick aufs Meer von der Dachterasse! Verwaltung sehr nett und entgegen kommend. Konnten am Abreisetag ein paar Stunden länger bleiben als vertraglich zugesichert. Hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Einziges Manko war, dass auf der anderen Straßenseite ein großes Hotel ist mit regelmäßigem Busverkehr. Das war dann schon mal relativ laut, aber immer nur kurzzeitig. Beim nächsten Mal versuchen wir eine Villa in der 2. oder 3. Reihe zu bekommen. Das Haus selbst ist absolut empfehlenswert!

La terrasse est un vrai bonheur

Quelle belle villa-appartement ! Vaste, bien équipée. Une jolie terrasse fort bien exposée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes heureux des prestations. Quelques informations qui ne sont en aucun cas des critiques parce que nous avons parfaitement profité de notre séjour. - le wifi est au super top 👍 - il y a de nombreuses chaines de tv mais quasi uniquement en langue allemande (sauf ARTE si on bascule en mode français... et d'ailleurs pourquoi aller aux Canaries pour se coller devant une tv ?) - il n'y a pas de micro-onde (mais bon, il y a un four et des plaques de cuissons) - la machine à café est à filtre (mais il y a aussi une cafetière à l'italienne) - il y a des moustiques la nuit. Nous vous recommandons de vous munir d'un diffuseur et d'acheter des tablettes qui durent 10 heures (genre Raid ou Catch) parce que les bombes ne fonctionnent pas très bien + mettre les moustiquaires en place ... et il y a un interrupteur à la cuisine qui ressemble à un thermostat et qui permet d'éclairer le plan de travail (ne pas attendre 5 ou 6 jours comme nous pour découvrir ça 😇🤣) Profitez ! Que les iles Canaries sont agréables !

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren Anfang bis Mitte Oktober Gäste in diesem Appartement. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ausreichend für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur ist auch hervorzuheben. Alles in allem waren es sehr schöne 14 Tage und ist zu empfehlen.

Prachtig huisje

Het huis is fantastisch opgebouwd en heerlijk om te verblijven. Ook zeer netjes en proper! Een tip voor de verhuurders: er mist nog een ovenschaal en de snijmessen zijn echt aan vernieuwing toe. Er is ook geen keukenrol, zeep voor wasmachine, handzeep in de keuken, olie en kruiden. Dit was wel fijn geweest en kregen we in ons andere huisje wel. Hoewel geen must natuurlijk, maar handig om te weten misschien. Recht voor het huisje naar beneden is een prachtige klein strandje in een baaitje. Veel leuker dan het grote strand vonden wij. Verder is de nabije buurt eigenlijk niks, beetje leeg, stil, ook veel leegstand door Corona helaas. Maar op 10 min lopen sta je in het centrum waar je alles vindt wat je nodig hebt. Thuis heb je dus ook wel echt absolute rust wat heerlijk is. De mensen van het kantoortje zijn zeer vriendelijk en toegankelijk, ik mocht er zelfs een laptop lader lenen die ik vergeten was, zeker een aanrader voor wie rust zoekt op een zeer toeristische plek.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Super Woche in dieser suesse und funktionelle Wohnung verbracht. Man hat viel Platz, es ist alles Vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht! Sauber und super eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen gerne diese Wohnung! Der Schlaf war auch gut... Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Gerne wieder einmal. Fam Castoldi

Schönes Ferienhaus in Costa Calma

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Costa Calma. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Eine wunderbare Anlage für Urlauber die Ruhe suchen

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und etwas abseits gelegen! Ein Auto zu mieten ist daher von Vorteil! Leider gehen in nicht allen Villen die Gegenstrom Anlage im Pool was für den Mietpreis schon sein sollte! Ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung!

We enjoyed this apartment immensely...property managers Eddie & Fanny were awesome & very accommodating...the apartment is very spacious with an awesome rooftop terrace & courtyard with pool... we enjoyed the outdoor space very much...the apartment is very well equipped ..2 negatives...spotty internet service (which is an infrastructure issue) & the owner uses one bedroom for storage which is not accessible...unfortunately this is the best bedroom in the apartment located on the rooftop with an awesome view of the ocean & a 2nd bathroom...we were just one couple so we certainly weren’t cramped for space but I wouldn’t recommend for more people without a 2nd bathroom...we loved Costa Calma
