"We spent three disappointing days at the Princesa Ana Hotel, which clearly isn't a four-star establishment anymore. It is a very old building and needs a lot of modernisation. Upon check-in, we were given a room with separate beds despite requesting a double. There was also no kettle in the room, ..."
