We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). Things your gps probably won’t tell you. There is a private pedestrian tunnel on the edge of Amalfi to take you through the hill into Atrani. Avoiding the winding mountain road where there is no sidewalks. Makes walking everywhere an easy breeze.
