Palacio Laredo

We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid and overall it fully met our expectations. The location is fantastic — extremely convenient for exploring Madrid and one of the strongest points of the hotel. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay: friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast was also excellent, with very good quality and variety. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we expected from the Hard Rock brand. The only downside is the size of the room. Our room was quite small, and the bathroom was especially tiny — really, really small. If you are traveling with several suitcases or simply appreciate having more space, this is something to keep in mind. That said, everything else was excellent. Great location, wonderful staff, very good breakfast, and an overall very enjoyable stay in Madrid. We would definitely consider staying here again, although next time we would probably choose a larger room category.

Everything was great. We especially liked the central location, the wonderful rooftop deck with great views and helpful staff, as well as the delicious breakfast spread.
