Apartment located on the first floor a few minutes walk from the beautiful and quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava! close to all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Ideal for a quiet family holiday on the Costa Brava!It has a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden and a table to enjoy breakfast or meals in the sun. Living-dining room with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace. Kitchen with all utensils including cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and wardrobes. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 persons (90 x 190 cm) with wardrobe.1 bathroom Part of a beautiful communal outdoor area with 2 swimming pools, gardens, tennis court and children's play area. First floor without lift.Free Wifi.Pets accepted on request and with supplement.Groups of young people not accepted.

Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza deficiente.

La ubicación. Falta de mantenimineto. Mala limpieza. Cubrecamas sucios. Las llaves no funcionan bien, la instalación eléctrica antigua, las luces de las habitaciones no funcionan bien. No se hace seguimiento del apartamento cuando se alquila.

La ubicación ya que es la zona que estaba buscando y la urbanización que está muy bien cuidada Al apartamento le falta reforma en la cocina y el baño. Son muy antiguos. La cortina del baño estaba sucia. La puerta de entrada cuesta abrir

Es un apartament fantàstic, l’ubicació es ideal per gaudir de les platges, camins de ronda, centre de Calella Palafrugell i restaurants. Fins i tot es pot anar caminant al festival de Cap Roig. Els armaris de la cuina
