All the apartments in the complex have exceptional view and the distance from the shore varies, according to the section between 100 and 800m.

The local beach in the Bay of Vena Longa is well known for its fine golden sand and the crystal clear waters, whats more is protected by dominant winds, very enjoyable even on windy day.

Located within the Porto Mannu residential complex, comfortable front row accommodation consisting of a living room with two sofa beds, TV and kitchenette with gas hob and oven, utility room and bathroom, overlooking a small rear courtyard.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, wardrobe / closet and adjacent bathroom with washing machine.
The exterior is characterized by a spacious and equipped terrace overlooking the sea on the beach of Venalonga, with a barbecue area, thanks to which it will be possible to cook directly outside.
Reserved covered parking space near the accommodation.
Equipped with air conditioning available on request.
The main feature of the property is the splendid sea view of the entire accommodation, both from the living area and from the sleeping area, thanks to the horizontal conformation of the property and also from the proximity to the sea.
