Located in a residential park in the center of Palau, the holiday apartment "La Gioia" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. This 57 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, and a balcony. Share a homemade meal on your terrace while enjoying relaxing sea views!

The area offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: supermarkets, a pharmacy, beaches (La Sciumara Beach is reachable on foot), a variety of restaurants, and the port which gives access to the ferry to reach the island of La Maddalena.
