"The Appartment was clean and exactly as described. It offers enough space for 5-6 people and has a very nice view of the sea.Grocery Stores can be reached by car in a few minutes and the nearby town of Palau has very nice Shopping facilities, Restaurants, Cafés And beaches. Einziges Manko: bei Ankunft und Bezug des Hauses muss man sich selbst um Mülltüten und Reinigungsstabs für die Spülmaschine kümmern, bei einem wöchentlichen Mietpreis von 2300EUR könnte man diese Kleinigkeiten vorab zur Verfügung stellen oder mit einpreisen! "Pros: Süßes, kleines, verwinkeltes, sardisches Haus. Die Außendusche wurde von uns ständig benutzt. Viele Pflanzen, kombiniert mit den Felsformationen, einfach genial. Dadurch das es höher gelegen ist hat man einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Pool wird dauerhaft überwacht. Das Personal der Anlage ist sehr freundlich Cons: Hier und da sieht man das das Haus sehr alt ist. Ein paar Reparaturen könnten vorgenommen werden."

"Herrlich gelegenes Haus; für 4 Motorradfahrer war es eine perfekte Unterkunft, wobei 2 der Schlafzimmer im Keller liegen und damit lediglich zum übernachten taugen nicht auch als Aufenthaltsräume. Das ist der kleine Wermutstropfen des Objekts. Ansonsten alles da, alles sauber. Wunderschöner Blick!"

"Our visit to Sardinia was very pleasant and the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel was nice Adeel was at the reception desk and the way he greeted us and shared the information was very pleasant and friendly After a long drive from Olbia airport to Palau our accommodation was quite lovely as we were able to check in fast and easy fashion The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the beach and the port of Palau The convenient location was a great spot for walking to the city center for shopping and dining. Also to enjoy the free beaches and to get to the ferry and enjoy the activities!!!!"

"Very quick communication, apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen to cook meals. WiFi very good. Large outside terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers and beautiful flowers. Parking outside apartment. We had a delicious breakfast one morning in the hotel. Francesco and his family are so very kind and helpful and very welcoming. Beach and restaurants are nearby."
