Dadurch das es höher gelegen ist hat man einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Pool wird dauerhaft überwacht. Das Personal der Anlage ist sehr freundlich Cons: Hier und da sieht man das das Haus sehr alt ist. Ein paar Reparaturen könnten vorgenommen werden."

Einziges Manko: bei Ankunft und Bezug des Hauses muss man sich selbst um Mülltüten und Reinigungsstabs für die Spülmaschine kümmern, bei einem wöchentlichen Mietpreis von 2300EUR könnte man diese Kleinigkeiten vorab zur Verfügung stellen oder mit einpreisen! Kühlschrank alt und schmutzig, es war ein zusätzlicher Neuer...

Der WLAN Empfang war nicht immer gut, was aber in erster Linie die Pubertiere gestört hat...Im Norden Sardiniens kann man viel unternehmen und hat mit dem Häuschen einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für die Ausflüge."

"This place is like an island in the island. View, design, garden, peacefull place. Very kind welcome and management by Elia, Pete and Antonio, thanks agains for features and advices. We went each morning in cala Martina just below the villa before a breakfast in front of Maddalena island. It's a perfect place to visit costa smeralda. We recommend this villa. Thanks again Elia."

"Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ebenfalls die Möglichkeit eines Late Check outs. Umgebung ist super und überwacht, mit kurzen Fußweg zur einen kleinen Bucht. Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und es fehlt an nichts. Cons: Leider war das Wetter nicht gut gewesen, dadurch leider feucht und klamm in den Räumen. It offers enough space for 5-6 people and has a very nice view of the sea.Grocery Stores can be reached by car in a few minutes and the nearby town of Palau has very nice Shopping facilities, Restaurants, Cafés And beaches. From there it's also possible to Go to the Island La Maddalena.All in all a very good Appartment with a very nice and welcoming owner."
