"No wifi in our Royal/King Suite (we selected the best room on their hotels.com listing). Only working wifi was in their lobby (i took my tablet and cell phone to lobby and confirmed wifi worked there). Cannot recommend any hotel with no working wifi in a room I am paying for. We left the next morning and hotel would not credit our account for nights we were not there. They grossly misrepresent wifi on hotels.com. Also, they misrepresent parking as secured covered valet parking on-site; they have zero/no parking. Also, they misrepresent buffet breakfast for a fee served daily; they have zero/no available breakfast. "
"This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally. "
"The lady who owns the B&B was extremely friendly and let me check in early (I needed to put my bags down). She lives in the property. Room was traditional, clean and spacious with a great location, 2mins walk from the Duomo. Very comfortable bed and pillows. However, no breakfast. There is a sideboard with some biscuits and a coffee machine (no cups, plates, empty fridge and nowhere to sit if there was food - things all over table). This area should be more welcoming for guests and there should actually be a breakfast. Maybe have mugs in room or have breakfast items in there. Shame as I had factored this into my budget and there were not many bakeries in the area that were open on account of the public holiday"
