(Habitación familiar con 1 cama matrimonial y 2 individuales con desayuno incluído para una noche check-in 26/7/17 y check-out 27/7/17). El día anterior avisamos x mail que ingresaríamos el 26/7 tarde ya que el vuelo arrivaba 23.30 hs a Ezeiza. No fue contestado. Al llegar al hotel a la 1.15 hs del 27/7 nos dicen que tienen la habitación ocupada y no tenían lugar. Ante el enojo nuestro nos dice que va a ver si pude...
