Dear guest, the structure does not have a 24-hour reception but is always available and, with a preventive contact, is ready to welcome customers at any time. Wii Fi works fine in all rooms, sorry you had problems, hope to host you again.

The property is small - occupying one floor of a bigger building. The room was very comfortable, good bed, aircon and bathroom. Everything was new and modern. The room does not have a fridge, safe or coffee making machine. Breakfast is not presently being served but a voucher is issued to use at a nearby cafe where the friendly owner served coffee and pastries. The location is a side street between the 2 main roads and was very near the train station and just a few minutes walk to Quattro Canto and other sights. It felt very safe.

Bed and room were comfy, and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was very bad organized: it's supposed to be at one bar on the corner, and we were forced to ask for the voucher every single day (instead of giving us the 4 vouchers at once). 1 day bar was closed, so we had had to go somewhere else. The owner, fortunatelly, was there that time and refunded us. Room was very humid, even with the dry function on AC. Windows to the internal patio were very rumorous. Owner was not friendly at all, but the old woman manager did, luckily. Amenities were ok, but set day by day. One day they forgot them so I had to use mine. The neighbourhood seemed quite dangerous at night. I'd not recommend it.

You can have breakfast at the bar only because I cannot prepare it in the structure because we are in full pandemic. There is no need to present a ticket every day, one is enough for the entire stay. We are in the historic center, it may seem dangerous to you but it is not, I do not think anything has happened to you. The review is useful for other guests and you have to write true things

Clean, Comfortable, Excellent Service & Location
First, Giuseppe, the owner, speaks good English. He's friendly and very helpful. The B&B is within walking distance from the train and bus station. Our room was super clean, quiet, comfortable and a great shower with hot water plus toiletries. Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., was very good - especially the pastry and fruit. The location is excellent - within walking distance to all attractions and sites. Wi-fi in room was excellent. We enjoyed 5/days and nights. We'll recommend the B&B to all our American friends who visit Palermo.

Nice hotel in central location
The hotel room was very nice, as was the breakfast served in the morning. Giuseppe, who runs the hotel, was very friendly and welcoming. He helped us out a lot by letting us leave our bags in reception after we'd checked out, so we could pick them up before getting our train later on. We had no problems at all and enjoyed our stay.

Buona nocte chez buona Luna!
I came back to Palermo for one night prior to leaving Sicily after a two week stay. The owner arranged to meet me on a Sunday afternoon to accommodate my travel plans and greeted do me with a friendly smile. He showed me around the recently renovated and immaculate rooms. I spent a restful night in a comfortable room decorated in soothing purple tones.

B&..? e la colazione? allora non presentatelo come b&b Gestore cortesissimo nulla da eccepire mancava la cuffia in doccia e lo spruzzo era soltanto quello fisso, per chi non vuole lavare i capelli?

Gentile ospite, siete voi ad aver scelto la tariffa senza colazione quindi perché aspettarsi la colazione? La cuffia per la doccia e' fornita in ogni camera insieme al kit igiene personale , se non era presente nella vostra camera sarà stata solo una dimenticanza .

Bra beliggenhet, 7 min å gå fra togstasjonen. Veldig enkelt rom, aircondition funger bra, eieren er en rolig, hyggelig og hjelpsom kar.

Modeste B&B de centre ville
Chambre convenable, calme bien qu'à proximité d'une des plus grandes artères de la ville, proche de la gare et de la gare routière. Le "breakfast" se prend dans un café de la Via Roma, un café mal tenu, et consiste uniquement en un café et une viennoiserie, parfois fraîche, parfois totalement rassie.

La struttura è in pieno centro. Si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Molto pulita. Ti rifanno anche la camera. In pratica un hotel. Il proprietario squisito ha risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta in modo rapidissimo. Ci torneremo

Fint hotell nära tågstation
Ett trevligt litet hotell som låg 8minuters promenad från tågstationen. Inga jättestora rum men fin dubbelsäng så det dög mkt bra åt oss. Rent och fint! Trevlig man som hade det.

Utmerket og sentralt
Vi er svært fornøyde med vårt opphold. Gode og rene rom, nyere bad og effektiv air condition. Til frokost ble vi servert kaffe etter eget valg, laget av verten selv. Utmerket! Vi fikk oppbevare baggasje på avreisedagen, og egne nøkler denne dagen til å komme oss inn igjen når vi trengte dette.

bonne situation
hotel très bien situé.on peut tout faire à pieds de l'hotel. .Des hotes sympas (notre avion a eu 3 heures de retard,ils nous ont attendu jusqu'à 1 heures de matin)belle chambre et belle salle de bain propres..petit déjeuner trés simple ..
