Unique Experience with Comfort

Never been in a lodging that was virtually an antique store, with all the 21st century creature comforts. The fact that this facility has an enclosed parking area makes it very special for Palermo.

Palermo Cannatella’s mansion

Charming, very good location, close to point of interest, comfortable, parking space free in the courtyard. The bathroom needs some small repairs. The breakfast service needs some improvement - no fresh fruits, no yogurt every day, waffles from the previous day reheated and served the next day. The rooms exposed towards the courtyard are very quiet.

The old building did have some charm but we had difficulty checking in, due to language barrier, and there was no front desk staff to check us in. We were given a room facing the busy street although we had tried to request a quiet room. This noise made it difficult to sleep. We saw no other guests so felt somewhat odd being in the building alone. The breakfast was quite adequate. We decided to leave after one night although paid for 3 as we preferred to stay at a beach location and closer to the airport.

Gut mit dem Auto anzufahren (relativ für Palermo :-), perfekte Lage für Fussgänger in die Innenstadt, ca. 10 Min bis zur Kathedrale und 15 Min. zum Teatro Massimo. Auch mit dem Auto ideal, da mehrere Parkplätze hinter dem Haus, sehr origineller Ort, da ein Antiquitätenhandel im Gebäude ansässig ist

Ottima camera per 4 persone, l'arredamento è in stile d'epoca ma non mancano i confort moderni quali aria condizionata e vasca idromassaggio. Unica pecca è il rumore della strada: di notte è fastidioso, consiglio di farsi dare una camera che si affacci all'interno e non sulla strada. Der Zimmerboden war übersät von großen Wollmäusen, Haaren und Dreck. Der Bettkasten total eingestaubt und das Frühstück nicht sonderlich gut. Das B&B an sich aber sehr schön und einzigartig eingerichtet. Ein sehr großes Zimmer.

Adresse bien située proche centre ville à pied. Bémol : difficile à trouver car pas d'écriteau sur la porte. Location and parking were great! The bed was the most comfortable of our entire trip. Reasonably priced. The only drawback was our room, guest room 1, was right off of the breakfast area, so we heard plates clinking and people shuffling around earlier than we would’ve liked. If you are an early riser, however, this may not be a problem. Overall, though, we liked our stay and would return.
