Good location but poor maintenance

Apartment is big: 3 large bedrooms with kitchen and small dining area. Can easily fit 6 people. But no common area or living room to hang out. Kitchen had no microwave so was difficult to hit up food - needed to use the cooktop for everything. Coffee and espresso machines were not cleaned.. no extra pillows or blankets. Price was right. But didn’t meet our expectations based on the photos and overall descriptions..
