Good location

Nice and typical Italian style. Cosy hotel with good service. The breakfast was ok, a lot of cakes. Good location near the beach.

Staff was friendly and kind. Area outside hotel was nice and clean. Room and specially bathroom need general renovation. Disgusting mold and limescale on shower and sink. Room was very dark and we had the worst bed in our life, so squeaky. Overpriced for what you get.

L’hotel è visibilmente datato e mal tenuto, oltre che rumoroso in quanto situato su una via ad alto scorrimento. Gode di una posizione comodissima per raggiungere velocemente e a piedi la bellissima spiaggia di Mondello ma non possiede un parcheggio, neanche a pagamento. Il personale è estremamente gentile e cortese e ha molto a cuore la soddisfazione del cliente. Non è assolutamente consigliato per ospiti esigenti.

They are using a different hotel's photos!!

There are 62 photos of a completely different Hotel here. The hotel you see on the photos(swimming pool, modern bathroom, sun terrace, restaurant) belong to Hotel Villa Esperia in Taormina, not in Hotel Villa Esperia in Palermo(Mondello). This hotel is completely different. And not in a good way I'm afraid. It is an old converted villa where everything echoes, dated rooms, uncomfortable mattress, old bathrooms. There is no restaurant on site, and the nearest one is quite a walk away. Danile at reception was fantastic. But I spent a long time trying to explain to an elderly gentleman at reception who only spoke Italian, that the photos don't belong to them and surely they should be aware and change these immediately. This review is written 1 week after my stay, and they still have the incorrect photos up, so I am convinced they are fully aware of scamming people. I stayed one night only and got my money back for the rest, from hotels.com. This hotel was pointing fingers at the agent and took no responsibility for their actions. I am disappointed and hopefully hotels.com will take actions to ensure the hotel corrects this mistake.

litt slitt. utenfor rom ventilasjonsanlegg som bråket. vaskedame som låste seg inn på rommet før 07.00 som er uhørt. frokost bare noen kaker og syltetøy null pålegg og juice maskin smakte mugg. hyggelig betjening i resepsjon og sentralt men ikke særlig verd prisen

Elegante struttura, accogliente sin dal vialetto di ingresso, con verde ben curato. Relativamente vicino agli stabilimenti balneari di Mondello. Personale cortese e molto attento alle prescrizioni anti-Covid. Colazione continentale ricca e varia. Unico neo, la larga strada trafficatissima su cui affaccia l'ingresso.

Pessimo! Appena arrivati il proprietario, dicendo di non vedere la prenotazione, voleva darci una camera più costosa facendoci pagare la differenza. Dopo esserci rifiutati, ci ha dato una camera diversa da quella prenotata, in una dependance, in pessime condizioni; il bagno vecchio e sporco e con residui di feci. Dopo avergli fatto notare le condizioni della camera, ci ha subito spostati in un’altra, migliore, ma sempre con grandi problemi di pulizia. Inoltre ha sottolineato più volte che se avessimo prenotato direttamente, senza affidarci a prenotazioni online, avrebbe fatto un prezzo migliore in quanto a lui viene scalata una parte! In poche parole voleva la differenza in soldi, in quanto a lui viene presa una percentuale , altrimenti ti viene data una camera pessima!!

In der Nähe des schönsten Strands von Palermo

Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (5min) zum Strand von Mondello, der schönste Strand von Palermo. Ich hatte ein kleines Einzelzimmer und nur das Badezimmer war renoviert. Ich hatte mich aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist für ital. Verhältnisse gut. Ich würde das Hotel bestimmt weiterempfehlen...

Molto carino e su via strategica

La struttura è molto bella. Le stanze potrebbero essere un po' ammodernate. Nel complesso un posto davvero gradevole a duecento metri dal mare e di fronte ad un parchetto ben curato. Lungo la strada, per andare a Mondello (140 metri dall'hotel), c'è il bar Alba, famoso per la pasticceria e rosticceria. Da provare.

Albergo carino ricavato da una vecchia villa Liberty in puro stile Mondello. Infissi poco agevoli, mal montati, colazione scarsissima ( fette biscottate e torta del Mulino Bianco e nulla per vegani/celiaci), risotrante chiuso. Per il resto pulito, abbastanza silenzioso nonostante sulla strada, ragionevolmente vicino al mare, ma il servizio spiaggia non e' assolutamnete incluso. Bel cortiletto interno, interessanti le camere esterne che pero' non ho visto dal di fuori
