This is a wonderful hotel with impeccable service. The staff was incredibly helpful with our car reservation logistics and provided great parking information. They even accommodated our early checkout schedule by preparing a breakfast box for us to go. The location, amenities, and breakfast were all excellent. We truly loved our stay.

This was one of the nicest boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed. Mixture of old and new decor… comfortable beds, quiet rooms with little balconies overlooking historic Palermo. Staff was super nice. I highly recommend,

We had the 2 level suite with a garden. It was spacious, lovely and secure. The garden area was shared with a second room, but we never saw our neighbors. The hotel is in a convenient location near a busy street, but at the back of the property it was quiet. The staff was marvelous. Thanks!

Perfect location. The team spent time before our arrival marking the most important places on the map, including some beautiful churches, the market, the gelateria around the corner, etc. The room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations!

This was an amazing location and beautifully curated rooms. We felt like locals! The breakfasts were very good with yummy desert options. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the hotel, there was construction in between our rooms and the lobby which made it a little bit of a nuisance with bags to get in and out. Otherwise 5 stars all around. This construction is temporary, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and beautiful apartment style hotels and products. It made us feel like we were locals. Not the hotel’s fault but there was mild construction so it was difficult to get around easily with luggage but they were helpful. Extremely helpful directing us on restaurants, sites and shopping.

The room was spacious and immaculate. The staff is very welcoming and hospital. Upon arrival I was given a croissant and coffee and a box breakfast to go upon leaving for airport early. The front desk gentleman mapped out all the sites for my husband and I and was very friendly. I asked for an early check-in and was accommodated. This hotel is a great find and I highly recommend it. Great location. Great staff from front desk to the cafe staff.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for an extra 55Euro paid direct to the driver which was well worth it. We were warmly greeted on arrival and given cold refreshments while our bags were taken up to our room which was ready early. The room was very ample with everything you might expect and more punching above its rating. Breakfasts in the morning were divine and very well organised. Try not to have too much so that you leave room for street food later! The recommendations for places to go and eat were all spot on including making bookings on our behalf. Thank you Nini, Andrea and Laura. An excellent location and highly recommended.
