Newly renovated, clean facilty. A bit nosy due to its central location. Check in needs to be scheduled, no staff was on site when we arrived a bit earlier than planned, but they arrived within 30 min.

Great location everything just few minutes away and great outdoor nightlife weekends with indoor parking option $20 Euros per day, I recommend park your car and walk. Mr. Simone is very helpful and always reply quick all your questions. Nice Room, clean and recently remodeled.

Location, location, location. Hip w/ expensive convenient parking. Qualifiers: construction noise, stay on 2nd level, and the contractor ripped them off on the AC system--cold but damp.

Amazing stay
Amazing communication throughout. Accommodation was superb as was customer service throughout. Location was superb central and all that was needed. Parking within the building made things much easier too.

Loved our stay at Suite Quaroni! Simone was a fantastic host. He helped us the entire time we were here - whether it was getting a taxi to Mondello Beach or getting recommendations for local areas! The place was extremely clean and comfortable and lovely. Definitely will stay here again if in Palermo! Beautiful place, beautiful city

The property manager Simone is extremely helpful and excellent in communication prior to and after your arrival. It’s very helpful if you use WhatsApp. Driving into and exiting the property can be a bit difficult with navigating the tiny streets. The property is very nice, clean and well equipped. Great for walking the old parts of the town.

The host was very nice but not internet for my stay 3 days. He was the company but I dont believed. You can see the router on your phone...but nothing....i beleive he not paid for service. Happened many times before. If you need Internet...not your place. Fantastic location and apartment.

Dear guest we are sorry that there have been problems with the internet but the inconveniences are not due to our structure but to the telephone company for breakdowns and they only lasted 30 hours, we are also sad that you are accusing us of being liars and not having paid the fee , we have a regular contract with an internet line with fiber one of the fastest in all of Palermo, if you check the other reviews you will see that all the guests gave the WIFI as excellent.

The property is not at the address 290 Via Maqueda, it is hidden in a courtyard entrance next to BIGA Genio e Farina. Be wary of this. Amazing location right in the heart of the action, amazing cheap places to eat right on the door step. Good bus connections on Via Roma nearby and walkable to all the markets and sights. Only issue was that the aircon was not cool enough and the property does not give milk as part of its kettle drink set up. Use the buzzer and video contact when checking in out of hours. Prefer full time reception.

Dear guest we are sorry for your misunderstanding of the address but the building where our structure is located is a large building consisting of six staircases and an internal gallery that embraces all six staircases one of the entrances to the gallery is located right at number 290 of via Maqueda, just 5 linear meters from the address. As for the air conditioning, I don't know what to say yet, the outside temperature is not even 22 degrees, I don't understand this heat. With regard to milk, perhaps one forgets, rightly entering us and seeing the quality, services, comfort and products we offer, that we are a landlord / B&B.As for check-in, I don't quite understand what it means, but we always offer a service with a person at the reception.

Very central spot - not accessible by car but you can get very close (stone's throw). The service was great because they waited up for our late arrival from Bologna (delayed flight). Very clean and relaxed but no AC which forced us to open the windows and get bitten by mosquitoes. Other than that, a wonderful stay!

thank you for your review, we are in the historic center in the pedestrian area but we have a private parking in the same building as the b&b as we write to you before arriving, so you can easily arrive by car … as for the air conditioning, it doesn't depend on we are centralized with the condominium and still cannot be turned on since it is early May… , many European states have imposed rules after the war in Ukraine and it can be turned on from June 1st. My wife and I stayed seven nights at the Suite Quaroni. The room was very clean and bright with a nice modern bathroom. We had a rental car and parking is located under the building, which is very convenient. The location of the property is very convenient for walking around Palermo.

Great stay in Palermo
Simon was very nice to help us check in. Room was very convenient to everything. It was a bit noisy at night as there was a restaurant in the courtyard. Not to bad, though. Room was very comfortable, although a bit small. Amenities were great!!! Have to contact Simon 24 hrs in advance for him to let you in.

hello thank you for your review we are very pleased that you liked our structure, the rooms are soundproofed but we are in the historic center in a pedestrian street a little noise must be taken into account ... you do not have to contact anyone 24 hours in advance to arrive, we will ask you what time you arrive to organize check-in even after hours :-)

The Suite Quaroni is conveniently located in the middle of the main pedestrian street but with the room facing to the back. The room was immaculate. Very nicely furnished and styled. The staff were exeptionally friendly and accommodating. I would definately stay there again.

Great stay, hard to find initially
Location, location, location! Easy to get to if you take the Prestia e Comande bus from the airport to via Roma stop. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions and great eating places in town. It was a bit hard to find - there were no instructions sent beforehand and not many clear signs. For future customers, look for the alleyway between Primafila and the ice cream shop, the door for Quaroni is on the left before you get to the restaurant. Flat itself was very clean and new. Wi-Fi was great. Bed was really comfy. Note that it gets very loud downstairs at the restaurant at night, and if you have the window open, you will definitely hear the music and people until the early hours. Simon checked us in fast, despite the language barrier. Comms with the property were slightly strained, I was asked for my arrival time multiple times despite me giving the same answer each time. I also asked for advice on recommendations for covid testing close by, was promised I’d be helped but that advice never came. For any international travellers - Palermo isn’t quite set up for easy mass testing before flights so make sure you do your research on where you can get tested and receive a certificate (particularly on a weekend as everything is closed).

Had an amazing stay at Suite Quaroni. Beautiful space, great location! Can get a little noisy at night but the AC creates enough white noise that you don't hear it. Would definitely stay again and recommend =)

I stayed here fro 3 nights in mid October. The weather was perfect. The rooms are a bit small but nice and stylish. Good size shower. Good bed. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are coffee maker and a tea pot in the room, and a fridge. The fridge and AC are noiseless. You can't beat the location: it's on the main drag and you can walk to all the places of interest including piazza Verdi (central hand-out place just nearby), the Duomo, Marina, Giardino Garibaldi with fantastic ficus trees, Giardino Inglese, and Train/Bus Terminal. If you continue from Palermo by air, buy a Prestia-e-Comande airport shuttle bus ticket at 6 E in the box office, and then from the hotel walk down via Bandieri (right in front of the hotel) and in 5 to 10 min you will be at the shuttle bus stop at La Rinascente big department store (great shopping) in via Roma.
