The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed (for one guest), a single armchair bed, a dining table, a 32-inch smart TV, and access to the SMALL BALCONY;

- LOFT with BEDROOM (double bed, chest of drawers, desk, and coat rack) and BATHROOM (shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet);

- SHARED SMALL COURTYARD with a small table and chairs (accessible to 5 other apartments).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split system in the living room, adjustable towards the sleeping area), hair dryer, clothesline, and vertical iron.



PLEASE NOTE:

- To access the bathroom, you must pass through the bedroom on the loft;

- If you are travelling with children, please be careful on the stairs leading to the loft.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

We need this to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

15 EUR from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

20 EUR from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

30 EUR from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash (€2.00 per person/night).



The apartment is located near Palermo’s historic centre, in an area with all the main amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Central Station. All major points of interest are within a few minutes’ walk.
