The apartment is located in a central area of Palermo, close to all major amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Capo Market. Just a short walk away is the Withaker Foundation Park, one of the most remarkable examples of a private garden created in Sicily during the second half of the 19th century. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the historic centre and the main points of interest, but you can also use public transport, which stops near the Palermo Lolli station.

- From Palermo Centrale Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Palermo Lolli, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- For those travelling by car, paid parking is available at nearby garages or along the street (subject to availability).



The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
