A real let down; if tall dont book a single room

Very sorry to leave this review, I am 188cm tall, I booked a single room, there was no information prior to say the shower and ceiling height was massively reduced in size, I could not stand up to shower, I have a neck injury and it was very uncomfortable. Room was fine otherwise warning really for tall people! I booked this as part of a longer trip to sicily, specifically for the pool, which they closed on my second hot day. No prior notice to guests, they had a private function, felt like I was in the way. Had to have an interview in the morning and was warned about the area I choose to do the virtual interview as they had booked a function, just felt like guests are not a priority. They mentioned there was a restaurant but no real actual menu or information. Finally the staff english level was not amazing. Other than that the villa is nice; close to the nature reserve, some nice local eateries and very reasonable price. Personally If id known about the pool id have booked elsewhere its kinda a breach of contract. They should clean the pool in the evening rather than put guests out during the days, others were frustrated too.

Very hard to locate. The streets outside the place are filthy. The “breakfast” is very very limited, 2 types of cereal, croissants and cookies. I wish I did a better research before booking this place. WiFi doesn’t work!!!!

I wasn't impressed with the conditions of the room. Shower head is very old, calcified and needs to be changed 5 years ago. There was no double bed, it was 2 twin beds pushed together. The utensils in the room were used and dirty. There was no sound proofing so heard the guests at all hours of the morning whether it was intense snoring or laughing. No staff member was multilingual

We were traveling as a student couple, we therfore wanted a live a bit cheaper than we usual do. First the employees does not speak neglish snd the y barley understood us. I talked slow and clear. They also hosted a party without leting us know at all. Luckely we had a room at the third floor, but we could still hear the party. The breakfast is nothing to Even try out. Espescially if netrision and working out is a part of your daily life. It’s Easy to navigate and take the public transport to get around both in Palermo and Mondello. I’m 192cm and showering worked but at absolutley minimum. It took five minutes every time to get some heat water. The employees at the villa does not speak english. So make sure Google translate is downloader and ready to go. Might be someone there who speaks english, but we didn’t meet anyone on our 7 days

I appreciate the high level of cleanness and for that I give 5 stars. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fair, continental style. Coffee or a hot drink is very limited, small size and I had to insist in a bigger cup which the lady eventually accepted. Guests are not permitted to serve their own hot drinks. The room: There was no coffee as part of the amenities neither milk, only few teabags of poor quality. Mattress and bedding were of good quality but the furniture and the overall presentation of the bedrooms needs updating (I was offer a double room after complaining about the single room originally booked) so I am grateful for that. The shower was too small, you can only stand straight, no much room to bend to give yourself a proper shower. It is located in a locality with mixed view, part is OK the other part is abandoned, with flying tipping. I had to take two buses to go to city centre or walk for 20 minutes to the closest train station. Transport is limited for the area so it makes things complicated although I managed my way around to avoid paying for taxis which are expensive. The staff is not even halfway through fluent in English, I also speak Spanish and they refuse it at all (even though is similar to Italian), we had to use Google translate. This made things difficult at times. The Villa is located by a main road with medium to high level of noise due to traffic other than public transport in day time.

Sto ancora cercando di capire in quale struttura hanno realizzato le foto pubblicate. Camera con mobili datati, tende casalinghe risalitenti agli anni '70 (credo sia che l'epoca dell'ultima loro pulizia) e insieme fatiscente, armadio con anta rotta e termosifone arrugginito. Le pareti tempestate di zanzare spiaccicate e il grado di pulizia complessivo abbastanza relativo tanto in camera quanto nel terrazzo ingombrato da articoli vari. Teoricamente era presente una doccia idromassaggio ma non funzionava e i bordi del box erano tutti anneriti dalla sporcizia e le rubinetterie piene di calcare. Negli ambienti comuni identica trascuratezza. Colazione minima decisamente poco invitante. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente fuori standard. Non ci tornerò e di certo non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Nous avons passés une nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était plutôt spacieuse, le linge de lit est à revoir (trous dans les draps). Le point le plus négatif était la salle de bains, qui n'a pas été nettoyée depuis des lustres. La douche était très petite et très sale. Les bouchons d'évier également ainsi que beaucoup de calcaire. Le point positif était la piscine, pour passer un moment détente. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné à l'hôtel. Nous avons été déçus par cet hôtel.

De Villa zag er niet zo uit als op de fotos. Er was geen zitplek in de kamer en het bovenste stuk had een enorm laag dak waardoor je er moest kruipen. De douche was erg vies er zat schimmel in. Daarnaast was die zo klein dat je jezelf niet goed kon draaien. Het warme water werkte ook niet altijd. De bediening spreekt nauwelijks Engels en is dus moeilijk mee te communiceren. Het ontbijt was redelijk maar wel een klein typisch Italiaans ontbijt.

Kan inte rekommendera. Fanns mycket som inte fungerade. Vårt rum var mögligt och hade en lukt som inte var acceptabelt. Och frukosten var under all kritik. Solsmält ost och smör med gammal skinka. Personalen fanns det delade meningar om. De äldre var tillmötesgående och försökte förstå oss via google translate. Läget på hotellet ligger ca 35min från stranden med buss vilket gåer smidigt om det kommer nån buss. Och ca 45min till centrala Palermo

Excelente servicio del personal de recepción magnífica piscina. La habitación amplia el baño pequeño sobre todo en ducha. El desayuno un poco justo en cuanto a lo salado, suficiente en dulce.
