  • Thanks to this strategically located space in the heart of the city, overlooking the sea and offering a beautiful view of the marina, you won’t have to miss out on a thing!
    The home offers all the necessary amenities and provides an extremely relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy the comfortable terrace or soak up the sun while admiring the sea.

    Some of Palermo’s finest restaurants are located nearby. The main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. A well-maintained and cosy apartment on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a 16th-century building. Spacious master bedroom with a view of the sea and a private bathroom; another master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It also features a second living room with a TV area. Three of the four terraces offer a wonderful view of the sea and Palermo’s marina, and are equipped with lounge chairs.
