Renovated in 2023, it features comfortable and tasteful furnishings: a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and hot-air heating; a master bedroom with air conditioning and hot-air heating. Access to the balcony and a 15-square-meter terrace furnished with a small table and chairs.
