"The property itself was fine. Nice place, attractive well appointed rooms. Great comp. breakfast. Decent amenities. The people who run the place (I'm not sure how long they've been there) seem to have a problem. They don't seem to have made any effort to learn about the town they are in so they can direct people correctly. They know very little about transportation. There is a trolley that goes all the way around the town that they've never heard of at all. They don't seem to have made an effort to get to known their surroundings. Excuse me if I'm wrong, but I think this fundamental for a hotel. This applies to the front desk staff. The rest of the staff is lovely and very pleasant. The whole town is pleasant and very accommodating. I would think the front desk people would want to accommodate their patrons. I had to walk over to the Denny's across the way to get the information I should have been able to get from the hotel. Other than this one complaint it was a very pleasant stay in a very nice room."

"Our room appeared clean, beds were comfortable. Great amenities. And helpful staff, but the mildew smell was very strong. It was hard to deal with. It turned an otherwise great stay into so-so stay. Not sure if I’d recommend to a friend."
