Pali Hill Hotel Guide - Historic Hotels in Pali Hill, Mumbai

"Clean rooms and overall excellent customer service and great facilities"

"This is a msg I sent to the host after we checked out earlier than plannedFardeen … we have checked out of the accommodation. The water issue isn’t something we were prepared to deal with. Yesterday coming home to an overflow that could potentially have been running for several hours, isn’t a responsibility we want to carry.I would appreciate receiving a refund for the unused days, as we have had to check into an alternate accommodation. RegardsElias"

"Great staff, great stay, the room was in great condition and it was set up exactly the way we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Amenities were great, they had everything that you could need. The only point I would add is the the shower could have a sliding door to keep the water inside but otherwise no complaints at all."
