You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Nothing like it

This is a completely rebuilt brand new 1st floor apartment. Parking is steps from the front door . Both beds are top-of-the-line Tempur-pedic mattresses. The master is a king and the guest bedroom is a queen bed. All Smart TVs are brand new, a 65" in the living room and two 55" TVs in the bedrooms. The roller shades are remote control. All modern dimmable LED lights throughout . The unit has a 'Reme Halo' Air and surface sanitizing system , which you can research as to its quality , all doors and most windows have been replaced with impact glass. It is very quiet inside. The front lock is Keyless . It has a robotic vacuum .You can walk to the community pool. The unit is close to beaches, the beautiful gardens mall, many great restaurants, Rt 95 , Floridas tpk and of course many great golf courses PGA is known for. Publix and Florida's Turnpike are minutes away, West Palm Beach Airport is approx 20 minutes. Due to community rules no vans, pick up trucks or motorcycles are allowed ..This unit will go for $400-$500 a night in season. I would prefer to rent it at a discount for the entire winter season.
