The hotel was well located and the staff helpful. The facilities were good. The room was clean and the housekeepers very pleasant and helpful. i did not like the $440 deposit for incidentals. This seemed very high compared with other hotels.

Poor staff experience! The front desk asked for my name and if I needed the parking pass. Gave us the key and he was done! And did not say anything else no Hi or hello no instructions on where to go and usually staff greeted you and asked if you had any questions! They were not busy I was the only one in line.
