The property is nestled on 1.2 acres with a private backyard featuring a beautiful saltwater heated pool and huge covered patio for Florida outdoor entertaining. The home features impact doors and windows. One story open living makes this a great home with open, airy split bedroom floorplan. Three generously sized bedrooms, with 2.5 bathrooms.
