  • Gorgeous turn-key completely renovated with designer mural wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries and updated featuring Tempur-Pedic remote control king bed, high ceilings with tray ceiling light, built in modern his/her closet with a jewelry drawer, kitchen cabinets with automatic drawer lights, bathroom walls all natural stone with larger shower and so much more! No need for a car as walking distance to the best restaurants, shops and museums in Palm Beach - Uber, Lyft and Ride Circuit Apps are a click away. Publix is directly across the street.



    Guests will have access to the private library on the Mezzanine level, heated pool area, outdoor loggia with gardens, laundry facilities and large lounge area in lobby.



    You will check in with the 24 hour front desk. They will give you the information for access to your suite and common areas. Enjoy!



    In the historical area of Palm Beach, shops, restaurants, entertainment and beaches just a block away. Location, location, location!



    No car is needed to enjoy our neighborhood. Please inform is you are bringing a car as parking is limited and upon reservation. Valet parking is $15 a day. Valet times are 8 a.m. til 11 p.m. during peak season and 8 a.m.-10 p.m. from May 1st - October 31st. Please check with valet if you need your car outside these times. Please park your car for 15 min. max in front, check-in and ask for my parking placard and give to valet driver. You can't park your car with valet without a placard. Please return the parking placard upon check out or result in a $50 fee. Thank you!



    This is a historic 1925 building. Renovation work may occur seasonally, May 1st-mid November. Any construction noise is limited to weekdays (Mon.-Fri) 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m - never on weekends or holidays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Unit was clean, organized and well lit. Nice albeit aged common areas (pool, lobby, open air sitting areas, etc) that were easily accessible. Host was highly responsive to questions and helpful. Bed new but quite soft (fyi for people used to firm mattresses). Friendly front desk staff.

Great stay overall. You really cannot beat the location. The host did a great job providing beach accessories, which made things very convenient for us.The space itself is small, but that was not an issue since we spent most of our time at the beach and exploring the area. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.The only small issue was that there was sand in the beach chairs from a previous guest, and it spilled out when we pulled them out. Aside from that, everything was in great shape.We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

Brilliant stay

Room is in a fantastic location - completely as described. Clean and very comfortable. Close to amazing beach and lovely places to dine. Valet parking a real bonus! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, just wish it had been longer.

Weekend trip

Unit was beautiful and everything was thought out to maximize the space. Spotless and the ac and dehumidifier keep the unit cool and dry. Hotel is in the perfect spot to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Marilyn was quick to respond to all inquiries. Would stay here again!

Lovely clean safe and bright

Marilyn was so communicative, which always puts a renter at ease! The room was lovely - better in person than even the listing! I appreciated having the small kitchen and the concierge was very helpful with information and several options for parking. Will certianly rent again when I return to PB!

Clean, comfortable, great location - easy to walk out for coffee, shopping, food, beach. Little details were attended to like charging blocks on either side of the bed, electric window shades and a closet with big drawers and matching wooden hangers. Everything was as it was online…only reason it was not 5 stars is the lobby, entrance and walk to the room was old and somewhat uninviting, but would stay there again and the room was nice, great location and my wife and I were able to go to dinner and hang in Palm Beach for the night

Loved this Unit

This unit was very clean and nicely updated. It offered many convenient amenities. Kitchenette was very handy. Plenty of fresh bath towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, etc. The owner makes you feel like a guest in her own home. Great location with lots of nearby amenities. I was very happy and would most definitely stay in this unit again.

Quick Weekend Get-Away

Great location and the suite was immaculate, bright and well-appointed. Although the building is dated and the hallways lacked sufficient air-conditioning, this suite felt brand new and was very comfortable. The electric blinds were room darkening (very nice touch), and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated the beach chairs/towels and umbrella so we didn’t have to pack our own. The owner was easily accessible and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
