"On our first night, due to booking limitations, we were given a room on the second floor above the parking lot. Noisy and stuffy without the view that I was looking forward to. The next booking for another 5 days, I was able to get another room on the 17th. Thanks to Jackson I got an upgrade. The location was excellent. The staff is truly great. "
