Bright Modern Condo at CityPlace West Palm Beach

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of CityPlace across from the Kravis Center and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, 4K TV, full-size washer & dryer, bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment, building amenities, such as pool & gym. The apartment has been recently redesigned with beautiful finishes and furniture for a premium stay. It can accommodate up to 6 guests with a brand-new Sealy Posturepedic sofa bed in the living room. One covered parking spot is included in the gated garage, with a secured walkway, with direct access to the condo and City Place. The city also offers a FREE, in-town trolley service. You are also centrally located, where you can just walk to several great restaurants, shops, theatre, bowling, and grocery store.

All we ask is that you take good care of our "happy place", and enjoy your stay in sunny West Palm Beach!

Please note, our condominium association requires all guests to fill out an application and short term lease agreement. You will be emailed information about the application to be submitted 7 days prior to your stay.

For a pleasant stay, we have equipped the apartment with a Nest thermostat so you can control the temperature from anywhere. You can log in to your streaming services on the Samsung TV, just make sure you log out of your accounts prior to check-out. If anything comes up please don't hesitate to reach out.

Perfect location near many activities!

This condo complex is one of our favorites in the West Palm Beach area. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as Clematis Street with it's numerous street fairs and bars. The pool is heated, and the gym has enough equipment for all the residents. Jorge is very responsive and accommodating, and we felt at home from the first day of our stay!

Great Place - Great Location

This 2 bedroom condo overlooks the pool area and is a short walk to Rosemary Square restaurants. It was really clean, had everything we needed: dishes, towels, tvs etc. Jorge was very easy to work with. We will definitely try to get this place again.

Great place and responsive host

The condo is in the best part of west palm located in Rosemary square with restaurants and shops. Jorge was responsive to any questions and suggestions we had. Parking is in the same floor as the until and the condo overlooks the pool.
