It's all about the View. Enjoy fabulous views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and Master Bedroom.
The Master Suite includes a King size bed, walk in closet, and en suite master bath with his and hers vanities, large walk in shower and separate tub. You can enjoy gorgeous ocean views while laying in bed or access the balcony right from the Master Suite.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin XL size beds with a full bathroom just outside.
Sip your morning coffee and watch the dolphins playing in the surf or enjoy your wine on the large balcony listening to the waves.
Adventure is not far off if you’re looking to experience something new! In addition to the water sports the beach provides, this property is part of the beautiful Intracoastal & ocean front community of Matanzas Shores with many amenities for your complete enjoyment. Total of 3 Swimming pools, 2 ocean front resort style pools--1 of them is heated year around, pickleball courts, tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court and a dock on the Intracoastal for fishing. There are miles of walking, biking and hiking trails. With State Parks surrounding the area.
Head north on A1A to visit St. Augustine, the nation's oldest continuously occupied city, and take advantage of its limitless shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities.
Head south to Palm Coast where you will find an array of restaurants and stores including the European Village where you can walk around and enjoy shopping or just sit in the outside café.
The complex has 24-hour secure gated access.

Perfect for small family

Perfect for my wife and 2 kids. Multiple options for pools and beach access. Not a far drive from St.augustine, flagler or daytona for activities. Clean room spacious porch. Would stay again.

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

We stayed at Mike & Aimee’s for 10 days and it was just perfect! Beautiful condo, exceptional ocean views, everything was just as described - and exceeded our expectations. This condo is close to Flagler Beach and to St. Augustine. Great restaurants all along the coast. When we return to this area… we will be staying at Mike & Aimee’s again! One of the best VRBO’s we have had the pleasure to stay at.

Beautiful View of the Ocean

The master suite is large and comfortable. The second bedroom has two twins. The balcony is large, nice furniture, and a wonderful view of the ocean. Mike was very friendly and helpful.

Great condo, wonderful hosts!

Our family really enjoyed our week at the condo! The living area was so cozy and inviting. The balcony was huge and furniture was great for sitting and watching the amazing view. The beds were so comfortable! The condo was so well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent, spices, dishes etc. They even had beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit for us to use. Mike and Aimee were such wonderful hosts! They sent a very thorough and helpful information packet before we got there, left a nice note with some goodies, were very quick to respond to any questions, and went way above and beyond by letting us know we left a couple of books in the condo and could mail them back. We highly recommend this condo if you’re coming to the Palm Coast!

Comfy Condo, Beautiful View

Hubby and I enjoyed our week at Mike and Aimee's place. The condo is bright and welcoming, with a fantastic view of the ocean. It is tastefully decorated and well furnished. Beds, pillows and linens are very comfortable The furnishings (inside and out) are comfortable and good quality. The kitchen is well-appointed, with everything we needed for cooking and clean-up. Basic toiletries were provided, as well as plenty of TP and paper towels. Nice washer and dryer (Tide pods included) came in handy. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms, and also lots of beach towels. There were beach chairs and other beach gear in the storage unit. The bathrooms and kitchen in the condo have not been updated, but that is simply an aesthetic thing; everything was spotlessly clean and in good working order. The complex has nice pools, convenient parking, elevators, and nice folks. It was not crowded at all the week we were there, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Mike and Aimee are great hosts, and we highly recommend being their guests!!

EXCELLENT!

We loved being directly on the ocean with great walks along a special beach. The view of rolling waves, spectacular skies and diving pelicans was very special. Mike and Aimee have thought of everything to make our stay in their tastfully decorated and well equipped home relaxing and a real pleasure.

Awesome Condo! Highly recommend!

We loved this place! We’ve stayed at several VRBO condos and houses and this is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The extras (goodie basket including coffee!), plenty of TP, Kleenex, beach items, nightlights, and more were really appreciated! The pictures are exactly what the condo looked like- everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast and Mike and Aimee made it extra special!

11 Days of Serenity!

We had a lovely family gathering from 3 different states, celebrating Thanksgiving! The beach and community is very serene and peaceful, with very good restaurant choices reasonably close. The condo was decorated very tasteful and included any amenity you could possibly need. Mike was very pleasant and great to work with. We'd love to return!

Palm Coast condo

We had a nice time at Mike and Aimee's condo. Beautiful views from the large balcony (a good place to do daily yoga) and the property was quiet and very clean. We especially liked the pool (that required a key) and having fresh seafood from restaurants nearby. The condo is located in a very nice area - close to St. Augustine, Crescent Beach and Anastasia State Park. We had never stayed in the Palm Coast area before and would like to return to do more exploring. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

The view.

Myself, my wife, and children enjoyed the condo and all the amenities provided. But the best part was, every morning and every evening, the view of the sky and ocean changed. From the rising Sun to storms passing thru. It was like a constantly changing painting.

Perfection

Our stay here was perfect and cactus as I had hoped. My favorite part was the balcony. The furniture was very comfortable and the view was very inviting. Even the young ones would get up in time to see the sunrise. The gate security officers were friendly and helpful. Other guests and residents were also very nice and pleasant. We loved the location and the surrounding area. Mike and Aimee have thought of everything even down to the smallest detail. This was truly a wonderful place to stay

Beautiful Condo!

We were lucky enough to be Mike and Aimee's first guest! The condo was so clean, decorated wonderfully, and very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. They have thought of everything for their guests, which meant so much to us. The pools were great. Be sure to go across the street to the river! There is a large dock that my husband and two teens really enjoyed fishing from. We love Palm Coast because it is so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return.

The beach is amazing.

We had the most relaxing and stress free stay. The beach is absolutely amazing and so private that you feel like you are on your own private island. I was concerned about the beach at first due to it being our first time is this area of FL and not used to the rocks but after the first day I was in love. We spent all most all our days just setting on the beach, digging in the sand, looking for shells, watching for dolphins in the water and loving the convivence of walking back to the room or pool to cool off. It was perfect. It was not only the beach that was perfect it was also the condo. It was clean, the beds were so comfy, and there is everything needed for a relaxing stay. Including beach chairs and umbrellas. A couple of things to make sure you check out is the boat dock, the heated pool, and the binder provided by the Anderson's with info about local eateries, fun, and information. On a side note, check out JT's bar and grill, Red Frog and McToad (breakfast), and Hammock Pizza.

BIgger and nicer than the photos, (and the photos are good;).

This lovely, clean and spacious unit more than lived up to the reviews. In no particular order, the deck is wide and a nice shaded way to enjoy the sunny surroundings. The view and sound of the nearby ocean is special, and the beach only meters away. (Sand and happy rocks for jumping - not slippery). Wide sandy beaches are nearby, walking distance or even huger ones a short drive, by the bridge. the kitchen is nice, and well equipped. (Bag of Coffee and treats on arrival was appreciated). The furniture is in very good shape and comfortable; I enjoyed the main bed, and the place has a 2nd bedroom near a separate bathroom, down the hall. Never watched the large TV; the wifi was very responsive. No troubles with security. Proximity to St. Augustine's is a major plus. We also did some power walking along the sidewalk, and along and past the canal. We highly recommend this place.
