Walking in, you'll be enveloped in a full coastal vibe, with sea-inspired tones and accents seamlessly integrated into the furniture, décor, layout, and design. The brand-new kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances including refrigerator, microwave, and range.
For your comfort, the oversized heat-pump AC system ensures you can maintain a perfect indoor climate year-round. Accessibility is thoughtfully addressed with a wheelchair ramp, wide driveway, and platform entry. Inside, wide hallways and a master bathroom with a roll-in shower provide easy access throughout the main areas.
Coastal Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with versatile sleeping arrangements for couples and singles. We’ve thought of every little detail to make you feel at home: full bedding, towels, washcloths, beach blankets, throw blankets, trash bags, vacuum, cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper goods, pots, pans, dishes, blender, air fryer, toaster, mixer, spices, and even a medicine station—everything you might need for a stress-free stay.
Outside, enjoy a newly crafted custom wooden deck (26’×14’) with a large family table seating ten, secure 40″ railings, and a charming lower paver patio with Adirondack chairs—perfect for family gatherings. Located just three homes from the quiet end of a cul de sac, the property offers zero traffic, a safe play space for children, bicycles, and leisurely strolls.
The landscaped front yard features uplighting for queen palms, cozy hammocks, fresh St. Augustine sod, and an automatic irrigation system—ideal for pets and family fun.
Inside, the open-concept layout unites the family room, kitchen, and dining area into one inviting space. Each of the four bedrooms down the hall features new mattresses, bedding, pillows, bedspreads, throw blankets, dressers, nightstands, alarm clocks, and Samsung smart TVs with full internet access.
Family Room: A generous, plush sectional sits before a new 65″ Samsung smart TV, visible from the dining area, kitchen, and living space—cozy and perfect for movie nights.
Pets: We welcome up to two small pets (≤ 30 lbs). Please keep them off the new furniture and bedding. A designated pet-walk area across the street comes with waste bags and a running path. Feel free to bring your dog’s bed, as crates aren’t provided—we just ask you to help us maintain this beautiful home.

• Master Bathroom: Features a sliding barn door, handicap-accessible shower, and dual vanities—room for two.

• Twin Room: Two twin beds that can be arranged separately or together, with Sealy mattresses.
• Surf Room: Kids’ room with four Sealy Posturepedic extra-long bunk beds—ideal for kids and adults.
Every bedroom offers closet space, storage, and luggage-friendly layout. The dining area seats eight with room for four more at the kitchen bar.

Coastal Cottages is pleased to include a gas powered Yamaha four passenger golf cart, equipped with a trailer hitch.
Important Notice
Use of the golf cart is restricted to licensed drivers aged 21 or older, in accordance with our insurance requirements. Before operation, you’ll need to present a valid driver’s license and sign a waiver accepting full responsibility and accountability.
The golf cart’s hitch allows you to easily tow our four-person kayak trailer. We provide all necessary gear: paddles, lifejackets, and essential safety equipment. Additionally, two adult paddleboards and two children’s boards are included—each with a paddle and leash.
Ideal Waterfront Access
Coastal Cottages offers the most convenient oceanfront and Intracoastal Waterway access. The beach is six blocks away—just a 2-minute golf cart ride or a pleasant walk. In the opposite direction, six blocks leads you to Malacompra Park and Bing’s Landing on the Intracoastal:
Bing's Landing
Bing’s Landing is a state park with a bathhouse, fishing pier and cleaning station, a boat ramp, and parking for both boats and golf carts—free of charge. On-site, you’ll find Captain’s Barbecue, a BBQ restaurant. Across the street is the Hammock Bait & Tackle store (7 AM–7 PM, daily), offering fresh shrimp, mullet, crabs, frozen bait, ice cream, drinks, and snacks.

Malacompra Community Park
Right at the end of our street, this park offers basketball, volleyball, tennis, racquetball, and pickleball courts, plus a full playground—all lit for evening use. There’s also a covered pavilion with charcoal grills (please clean up after use). Just across the street is Title Creek Basin, a calm fishing spot ideal for kids to catch bluegill, sea trout, and small redfish—plus the occasional sea turtle or baby alligator!
For more experienced anglers, the ocean and Intracoastal offer excellent fishing for flounder, sea trout, redfish, sheepshead, and much more -great for a fresh catch to grill later.
Boat Parking & Launching
Coastal Cottages provides boat parking on-site:
• Up to 21 foot boats may park on the driveway.
• Larger boats can be parked across the street by the community’s fenced retention pond—no size restrictions, just responsible parking, please.
Bing’s Landing Boat Ramp
Enjoy free truck and trailer parking nearby, easy access to Captain’s Barbecue, and bait and tackle at Hammock Bait & Tackle. The ramp features restrooms and a water fountain. From here, the Intracoastal Waterway provides access north and south—plus a 13 mile ride east through Matanzas Inlet to the Atlantic. You can boat to destinations like St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Marineland, and Moore.
Equestrian Adventures of Florida
Just a short 5-minute walk and you can sign-up for a horseback beach walk tour. Create memories riding along the surf of one of Florida’s most picturesque beaches. Great for parties of 2-6 people, 7-days a week. Reservations are required – visit their website at equestrianadventuresfl.com
