    2 Kings, 2 Queens, and queen sofa bed.
    Completely renovated home. Gourmet kitchen, Electric fireplace. Smart TV and ceiling fan in every room. Covered patio with grill. Travertine pool deck.
    10 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants.

    Enjoy your own private heated saltwater pool and hot tub overlooking the canal while sipping on a Margarita and watching dolphins play.
    This beautiful, renovated pool home sits on a wide saltwater canal and It has been decorated with ALL new furniture & gorgeous beach décor.

    Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are complimentary. Ten-minute drive to the beach and 30-minute drive to Daytona or St. Augustine. Close to Publix grocery store and the European Village with shops, bars, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Palm Harbor Golf course is a public course which you can play Golf all year around. Walking, biking, and hiking trails are also close by.

    Optional fee to heat pool or jacuzzi is $25/night or a flat fee for reservations over a week. The pool and hot tub can be scheduled and set as per your request, however we cannot guarantee desired temperatures when the outside air temperature drops below 50 degrees.
    (especially for the pool due to the large volume of water)
