"We loved our beach-side unit Alamanda stay - view from the balcony over the lovely gardens & wedding chapel to the Coral Sea was magic. Upper level recommended (we were glad we weren't at ground level as views restricted by shrubbery & less privacy). Downside for upper level are stairs to climb - no lifts at Alamandra. Not a problem for us but would severely impact anyone with mobility issues)."

"Spent an overnight during peak tourist season. It's a nice resort, about 20 years old with some, but not excessive wear, for its age. Excellent location, excellent property layout with beach access. Room was very good. Buffet breakfast was very good. Free underground parking. My only disappointment was that I booked anticipating use of the outside spa tub but it was closed for some reason (there is a room spa tub, but too confined for me)."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed here. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable and spacious. The outdoor living area and pool provided a wonderful place to relax outside. Great views and easy access to the beach. It was just a short walk to all of the restaurants and activities in Palm Cove. We would definitely stay here again!"
